Big Weekend
I am leaving soon for my big weekend in sunny SoCal. Surely there will be temptaions and challenges, so I know there will be lots to tell when I return next week!!

- I was never fit enough to wear a bikini. In 2009 I challenged myself to work hard for one year to be bikini ready by my 30th birthday. I did it, and will continue down the road of health and fitness to achieve the happy healthy body I've always wanted. Won't you come along?!
