  1. I'm so glad I haven't taken my second measurements yet even though i started working out 6 weeks ago. Week 4, I got sick -so no gym for 5 days, and then week 5 (after three days back at the gym), I pulled a muscle in my back, so no gym for 12 days. Today i just started swimming again (and I'm beat!) but I'm determined to get in the pool every day for a week. Unless you have any other suggestions for preventing further lower back injury while working out...

  2. I have lost 6 pounds...and I have started to notice a difference in my face when I am putting my makeup on. But I have only been doing this for three weeks.

  3. @ Sera: I think the pool sounds like a perfect gentle and really effective place to exercise while your back heals up! I think it's so awesome that you are pushing through injury and sickness to keep on working at it!I haven't been swimming in months and I miss it!

  4. @Charisse: Congrats! It's all about those little things: Noticing cheekbones are more dominant, noticing shoulders are slimming out-it really motivates me!
