Gardenwatch

My little garden is moving along. Look at what I came home to a few days ago:
That, friends, is a squash baby, or as I like to call it: 3.5 inches of Vegetable Hope. Finally! Maybe just maybe I will have some decent squash this summer!

Little Bell is still trying hard too! Below you can see a some Bell Pepper Promise!

Second "harvest."

I am a huge fan of stay-at-home-mom and photographer Kelle Hampton's amazing blog. She inspires me to just enjoy the small things in life (and on some days makes me desperately need to have babies). It's not easy, but it makes a difference to try. Thus, I present to you the best way to stir your coffee in the mornings:
I got these dollar store kids party favor wands to use to stir cocktails at my bestie's bachelorette party over a year ago. I've been reusing one of them to stir my morning coffee. It adds magic whilst being green (and probably giving me lead poisoning-haha-hmmmm).

  1. I just imagined you used all sparkly accessories and pretty things at your house all the time. If you want another good, 'simple things' blog - check out www.soulemama.com
