Taking the Bull By the Horns

This week I have taken the bull by the horns and got myself back on track:

Sunday: Bikram
Monday: Bikram
Tuesday: Bikram
Wednesday: 3 mile walk
Thursday: 3 mile walk

I've also made sure to stay aware of my calorie intake and have been evening cocktail-free all week.
